Because our press-on nails are handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created, checked, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier. This processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Business days generally do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, sales, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We’ll do our best to keep you updated if there is a significant delay.
Delivery time begins after your order has finished processing and is accepted by the carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
When tracking is available, you’ll receive shipping confirmation after your package is handed to the carrier. Tracking can sometimes take a little time to show its first scan.
Please double-check your name, apartment/unit number, and delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once a package has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
Custom orders may need extra time when we are waiting for sizing details, inspiration, design decisions, or your approval. Processing can begin or continue once we have the information needed to complete your set.
Once your package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside our direct control. Weather, holidays, local service interruptions, and other carrier issues can affect delivery times.
If tracking appears stuck, your package arrives damaged, or you believe there is a delivery problem, please contact us with your order number and any helpful photos. We’ll help you review the situation and determine the appropriate next step. Carrier investigations or claims may be required in some cases.
