Because each Peach Pop order is prepared with care for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Here’s why—and what to do if there’s a problem with your order.
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it is considered final sale.
Before ordering, double-check your nail sizes, shape, length, design choices, personalization details, and shipping address.
Why we don’t accept returns
Made just for you
Peach Pop press-on nails are handmade and many sets are created to your selected size, shape, length, or design preferences.
Personal-use product
For hygiene and quality reasons, nail products that have been handled, tried on, worn, or opened cannot be returned and resold to another customer.
Small-batch care
Each order takes time, materials, and hands-on work to prepare. A final-sale policy helps us keep creating made-to-order sets with care.
Something wrong with your order?
Please reach out. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Sizing matters. Because every set is made according to the size selected or provided, we can’t accept a return or exchange when the ordered sizes do not fit. Please use our Size Guide or order a Sizing Kit before purchasing if you’re unsure.
Handmade variation. Small differences in color placement, art details, or finish may naturally occur in handmade sets and are part of what makes each Peach Pop set unique.
